Product Features

It is a protein-derived by-product obtained by collecting feathers, head and internal organs from wing residues in slaughterhouses and cooking them under pressure in a controlled manner. It is produced with careful drying.  The protein ratio varies between 50% and 65%, and the fat ratio varies between 13% and 19% depending on the product.
