Yellow Millet (Panicum) is an ancient herb. It has been known in Europe and North Africa since 3000 BC. Millet is one of the most important agricultural crops used in semolina and flour production. Millet seeds are also used as a concentrate feed product for poultry and pork. Protein value is higher than sorghum and corn syrup.
